A champion barber, top educator and award winning stylist, Christina Goree surpasses the industry standard. With over three decades of experience and advanced hair cutting training for Emmy award winning stylists for the Make-up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild (I.A.T.S.E. Local 706), Christina has worked in all facets of show biz and hair care, including men and women’s grooming, long and short trend cuts, hair coloring and texture specialization both here and across the globe. Dominant on social media, her competitive and aggressive nature has upheld her position in the industry as an icon and influencer. Limits don’t stop Christina, she has a special talent for motivating, inspiring and challenging others to be their best while she works to be the best herself. One of the greatest rewards from working in the industry is working as a mentor to some of the top professionals in the industry. But Christina truly works for RESULTS. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction so we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy:

 

To return an item

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Customer Service and require a return authorization number. Contact us to speak to a Customer Service Representative and receive your return authorization (if eligible).

  • To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us, unopened and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable and may only be redeemed for merchandise or services (available in select stores only).
  • You must have purchased the item from at TwentyGrandLuxuryProducts.com
  • Items purchased in store can only be exchanged or returned in store with the original receipt and original method of payment available. Gift receipts are eligible for merchandise exchange or store credit only.
  • Once approved for return, Customer Service will send you an e-mail including your return authorization.
  • For all returns other than damaged, defective or incorrectly-shipped items (see below), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item.
  • Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip along with your Return Authorization e-mail in an appropriately sized box. Ship the item only to the address provided to you by Customer Service when obtaining your return authorization. We do not accept returns to our Shipping Warehouse. The Twenty Grand Beard and Hair Company cannot be held responsible for returns shipped outside our returns procedure.
  • After we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Procedures below.

 

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. In addition, you will receive a full refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures. RETURN PROCEDURES

If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return, the following conditions will apply:

  • Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be mailed to you for the refunded amount.
  • The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item.
  • Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
  • Gift Cards purchases are non-returnable and may only be redeemed for merchandise in store and online as well as services in select retail locations.
